Where can I pick up my vehicle ?
The vehicle is picked up exclusively at the agency and no delivery is possible following the order 4727/MGT/DTT available on the home page.
- If you arrive by ferry, you can either come on foot (800m from the agency for about 10 min walk) or take a taxi (2 min) for an average price of 1'500 XPF depending on the number of people and luggage.
- f you arrive at the airport (10 min by car from the agency), we work with a private shuttle provider for 2'000 XPF/way compared to an average of 3'000 XPF with a taxi. You just have to add the shuttle option when you book.

What are the rental conditions ?
- Be at least 25 years old
- Have more than 3 years of driver license
- Not have had your license suspended, withdrawn or cancelled in the last 5 years
If you do not meet these conditions and say otherwise, in the event of a claim, the insurance will not cover you and legal actions will be initiated for the compensation of damages.
Is there a maximum age to rent a vehicle ?
The maximum age to rent a vehicle is 69 years old. If the person is over 69 years old at the time of the rental, the reservation will be systematically cancelled and the deposit kept.
Is there a minimum number of days of rental ?
Yes, we have a minimum of 2 consecutive days of rental.

What documents do I need to make a reservation ?
- A valid passport
- A valid driver license
(no copy of documents will be accepted)
What payment methods do you accept ?
- International and local bank cards: debit or credit (except American Express)
- Cash (Pacific francs)

Do you offer long term rental discount ?
We have 3 different offers :
- 10% discount from 7 days
- 20% discount from 15 days
- 40% discount from 30 days
Please note: in high season (from May to October), a vehicle cannot be rented for more than 20 days.

Is the insurance included ?
An all-risks insurance is included in the booking.
Note that in the event of a damage, loss or theft caused to the vehicle by the renter or a third party, a minimum deposit of 60,000 XPF will apply.
You have the damage waiver option (“Smart Cover” and “Smart Cover Plus” options) in order to reduce or even completely eliminate the deposit.
Is there a deposit ?
There are deductible deposits ranging from 60,000 XPF to 90,000 XPF depending on the vehicle and the age of the driver.
Upon renting the car, a credit card pre-authorization receipt is given to you with the maximum amount that can be deducted in the event of damage, loss or theft caused to the vehicle by you (the renter) or a third party.
When the vehicle is returned and there is nothing to report, another ticket will be given to you stating that the deposit is cancelled.
What is the Smart Cover (CDW) ?
It is a partial buy-back of the deposit up to 50%.
In the event of a claim, you only pay half of the deposit.
(excluding tires, rims, keys and rocker panels / subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of rental)
What is the Smart Cover plus (SCDW + TP) ?
It is a total buy-back of the deposit.
In the event of a claim or theft, you do not have to pay anything.

Can I change/cancel my booking ?
You can cancel your booking up to 1 month before the D-day with a penalty of 15% of the total amount of the booking. After this period, no refund will be made.
A cancellation option exists and offers you the possibility to have a full refund (excluding the cost of the option, 10% of the amount of the booking) for a cancellation up to the D-day.
Same thing in case of a modification, if you have to shorten your rental, you will be reimbursed the fewer rental days.
What to do in the event of an accident or theft ?
Inform the rental company within 24 hours maximum (excluding public holidays).
